A. INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECT: PERSONAL AND NON-PERSONAL
We collect two types of information from visitors to the Site: (1) Personal Information; and (2) Non-Personal Information, such as your IP address or cookies.
1. Personal Information
When we use the term “Personal Information” we mean information we may collect that allows others to identify or contact you, including your first and last name, home address, e-mail address, telephone number, device identification number, billing information, instant messenger or social media nickname, blog or other personal website URL. We may collect your name, image or other personal information if you post any content on the Site, such as video files, or other communications made via chat rooms or social media.
You are under no obligation to provide “Personal Information” to us. If you do not want the Project to collect your Personal Information, please do not provide it to us.
2. Non-Personal Information
“Non-Personal Information” can be technical information or it can be demographic information, such as your age, gender, zip code or other geolocation data, or interests. Non-personal information does NOT identify you personally. Here are some examples of the non-personal information that is collected via the Site and a description of how this information is used:
The above list provides examples of the non-personal information that is collected via the Site. We may collect the above non-personal information from all visitors to our Site. If you do not want the Project to have access to this information, please do not visit our Site.
B. Sharing and Disclosure of Information
We may share or disclose your personal and non-personal information in the following instances:
(i) To fulfill a service to you. In addition, if you contact us with a question, we may use your e-mail address or mobile phone number to process your request and respond to your question.
(ii) To affiliates, strategic partners, agents, third party marketers or other unaffiliated parties who are offering products or services that we believe may be of interest to you or who require your personal information for research, administrative and/or internal business purposes. These parties may use your personal information to contact you with an offer or advertisement related to a product or service, or they may use such information for their own research, administration or business purposes. If you do not want us to share your personal information in this manner, please do not provide us with this information.
(iii) To unaffiliated third-party service providers, agents, independent contractors who help us maintain our Site and provide other administrative services to us. We seek to ensure that these unaffiliated third parties will not use the personal information for any other purpose than to provide the administrative services for which they are responsible. Because such unaffiliated third-party service providers that help us administer our Site will have access to users’ personal information, if you do not wish for our unaffiliated third-party service providers to have access to your information, please do not register or submit any personal information to us.
(iv) To comply with the law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary in order to conform to the requirements of law or comply with legal process served on us, protect and defend our rights or property, including the rights and property of the Project and the Site or act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of our end users.
(v) To third parties as part of any corporate reorganization process including, but not limited to, mergers, acquisitions, and sales of all or substantially all of our assets.
(vi) To track and analyze non-identifying and aggregate usage and volume statistical information from our visitors and customers and provide such information to third parties.
C. Children Under Age 13
The Project does not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register on the Site. If you are under 13 please do not attempt to register on the Site or send us any Personal Information. If you become aware that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we delete it as soon as we discover it and do not use it or share it with third parties.

You should keep in mind that no Internet transmission is ever completely secure or error-free. In particular, e-mail sent to or from this site may not be secure.
E. Links to Other Websites
We may provide links to other websites for your convenience and information. These sites may have their own privacy statements in place, which the Project recommend you review if you visit any linked websites. We are not responsible for the content of linked sites or any use of those sites.
You may opt-out of receiving marketing or promotional messages from the Project or strategic third parties at any time. For e-mails, you can opt-out by going to the link provided at the bottom of any e-mail you receive from the Project and opting out of receiving information from the Project. We will process your unsubscribe as soon as possible, but please be aware that in some circumstances you may receive a few more messages until the unsubscribe is processed. For text messages, you can text STOP in response to any text message you receive from the Project. You may receive a confirmatory text message in response to your “STOP” message and you hereby consent to receipt of such confirmation.
G. Forums, Chat Rooms and Other Public Posting Areas
Please note that any information you include in a message you post to any chat room, forum, social media site or other public posting area, including without limitation Facebook.com and Twitter.com, is available to anyone with Internet access and may be published or reproduced in other media. Under no circumstances will the Project be liable for displaying, broadcasting, or reproducing content that you have publicly posted through our Site or another site.
